Derste robotlar hakk\u0131nda kapsaml\u0131 bilgi verildi ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara robotlar\u0131n t\u00fcrleri ve bile\u015fenleri (donan\u0131m ve yaz\u0131l\u0131m), \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prensipleri, kinematik ve hareket denklemleri, matematiksel ve fiziksel ilkeleri, robotlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyadan bilgi alg\u0131lama, i\u015fleme ve karar verme mekanizmalar\u0131ndaki \u2018alg\u0131la-d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn-hareket et\u2019 d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcnde yapay zeka ve makine \u00f6\u011frenmesinin oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rol gibi konular pratik \u00f6rneklerle anlat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimin ikinci dersinde, Uygur Akademisi Genel Sekreteri, D\u00fcnya Uygur Kurultay\u0131 Y\u00fcr\u00fctme Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve Uygur Akademisi Vakf\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abd\u00fclhamit Karahan, \u201cYahudilerin Ulusal M\u00fccadele Y\u00f6ntemleri\u201d konusunda ders verdi.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/3.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Karahan, \u00f6nce Yahudileri k\u0131saca tan\u0131tarak 1800 y\u0131l vatanlar\u0131ndan uzakta ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve 1947\u2019de kendi devletlerini kurana kadarki tarihi s\u00fcreci \u00f6zetledi. Karahan, 130 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00c7in i\u015fgali alt\u0131nda ya\u015fayan ve zul\u00fcm g\u00f6ren Uygurlar\u0131n da bir g\u00fcn kendi devletlerini kurabileceklerini ve bunun i\u00e7in zul\u00fcmden kurtularak devlet kurmay\u0131 ba\u015faran milletlerin m\u00fccadele deneyimlerinden ders al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc derste, \u0130stanbul Geli\u015fim \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Dr. Mehmet Emin Begtimur, Uygur gen\u00e7lerine y\u00f6nelik \u201cHitabet ve Etkili Konu\u015fma Hakk\u0131nda Temel Bilgiler\u201d konulu dersinin devam\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. Seminerde, etkili ileti\u015fimin temel unsurlar\u0131 detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde ele al\u0131nd\u0131, beden dili, ses tonu ve sunum tekniklerinin \u00f6nemi \u00fczerinde \u00f6zellikle duruldu.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/8.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Uygur meselesinin d\u00fcnyaya anlat\u0131lmas\u0131nda ki\u015fisel hikayelerin \u00e7ok daha etkili oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, bu konuda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara \u00f6nemli ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 veren Dr. Begtimur ayr\u0131ca her bir \u00f6\u011frenciye konu\u015fma f\u0131rsat\u0131 tan\u0131yarak, hitabetteki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve zay\u0131f y\u00f6nlerini de\u011ferlendirip \u00f6neriler sundu.<\/p>\n<p>22 Ocak Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc sabah saatlerinde \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015fair, y\u00f6netmen ve yazar Tahir Hamut \u0130zgil \u201cYak\u0131n D\u00f6nem Uygur Tarihindeki Olaylar\u0131n\u0131 Nas\u0131l Anlamal\u0131y\u0131z?\u201d konusunda Uygur gen\u00e7leriyle sohbet etti.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/92.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>\u0130zgil, Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131n eski \u00e7a\u011flardan beri Uygur halk\u0131na ait oldu\u011funu anlamam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini, tarihimizi iyi anlay\u0131p ders \u00e7\u0131karman\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131 ve \u201c<em>Uygur halk\u0131 tarihten ders almazsa, ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za gelen bu soyk\u0131r\u0131m tekrar tekrar devam edecek<\/em>\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Pazar sabah\u0131 D\u00fcnya Uygur Kurultay\u0131 Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve D\u00fcnya Uygur Kurultay\u0131 Vakf\u0131 ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abd\u00fcre\u015fit Abd\u00fclhemit \u201cDiasporadaki Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan Milli M\u00fccadelesi\u201d konusunda ders verdi. Abdulhemit bey, 1920 ve 1930\u2019lu y\u0131llardan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar Uygur milli m\u00fccadelesinin tarihini ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde anlatt\u0131. Diasporadaki Uygur liderlerin m\u00fccadeleleri ve diasporada Uygurlar\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015famalar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durdu. Ayr\u0131ca, D\u00fcnya Uygur Kurultay\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kurulu\u015f s\u00fcreci, bug\u00fcne kadar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve uluslararas\u0131 arenada Uygur meselesinin tan\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in at\u0131lan ad\u0131mlar hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/94.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Abdurre\u015fit Abdulhemit, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n sonunda gen\u00e7lerin milli m\u00fccadelede \u00f6nc\u00fc bireyler olarak yeti\u015fip, samimiyet, fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k ve yeterlilikle Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli roller \u00fcstlenmeleri gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011fleden sonra ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 Memettohti Atavulla, \u201c\u00c7in\u2019in Devlet G\u00fcvenlik Politikas\u0131 ve Uygur Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir sunum yapt\u0131. \u00c7ing \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun sonundan itibaren \u00c7in\u2019in g\u00fcvenlik politikas\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine etki eden etkenleri anlatt\u0131. Bu etkenler aras\u0131nda \u00c7in\u2019deki hakimiyet de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri, uluslararas\u0131 konjonkt\u00fcrler ve \u00c7in\u2019in Sovyetler Birli\u011fi ve ABD ile olan ili\u015fkilerinin zaman i\u00e7indeki evrimi yer ald\u0131. Atavulla, bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerin Mao, Deng ve \u015ei d\u00f6nemleri gibi farkl\u0131 iktidar y\u00f6netimlerinde nas\u0131l \u015fekillendi\u011fine odakland\u0131 ve her d\u00f6nemin g\u00fcvenlik politikas\u0131na katt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6zellikleri a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/97.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, Atavulla, \u00c7in\u2019in Uygurlar \u00fczerindeki politikalar\u0131n\u0131 da detayland\u0131rarak, \u00f6zellikle son y\u0131llarda uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 soyk\u0131r\u0131m politikalar\u0131 \u00fczerine vurgu yapt\u0131. Atavulla, bu politikalar\u0131n, \u00c7in\u2019in ulusal g\u00fcvenlik stratejileri ile nas\u0131l \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve Uygur n\u00fcfusunu hedef alan bu sistematik uygulamalar\u0131n, \u00c7in\u2019in k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7 olma yolundaki hedefleriyle nas\u0131l ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu da tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ki g\u00fcnl\u00fck program\u0131n son dersinde, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Teknik \u00dcniversitesi Sosyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. S\u00fcleyman Do\u011fan, \u201cMesnevi\u2019den Modern E\u011fitime: Ki\u015fisel Geli\u015fim\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ders verdi. Do\u011fan, e\u011fitimin \u00fc\u00e7 ana amac\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131: ge\u00e7mi\u015fi anlamak, bug\u00fcn\u00fc iyi ya\u015famak ve gelece\u011fe haz\u0131rlanmak. Ayr\u0131ca, Mesnevi gibi klasik eserlerin sadece edebi de\u011fil, pedagojik ve \u015fifa de\u011feri ta\u015f\u0131yan kaynaklar oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. \u00d6zellikle Mesnevi\u2019deki 300\u2019den fazla \u015fiirsel hikayenin, bibliyoterapi (kitap terapisi) i\u00e7in zengin bir kaynak sundu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/992.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Do\u011fan, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda bilgi ve ileti\u015fim teknolojilerinin hakimiyetinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na, ancak as\u0131l \u00f6nemli olan\u0131n bu g\u00fcc\u00fcn nas\u0131l kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7etei ve \u201c<em>Bilginin en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 oldu\u011fu \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, kritik nokta bu g\u00fcc\u00fc ahlaki de\u011ferlerle uyumlu bir \u015fekilde kullanabilmektir,<\/em>\u201d \u015feklinde ifade etti. Bu ba\u011flamda, Mevlana\u2019n\u0131n \u201cHam idim, pi\u015ftim, yand\u0131m\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn, insan\u0131n geli\u015fim yolculu\u011fundaki a\u015famalar\u0131 \u00f6zl\u00fc bir \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Do\u011fan, \u201c<em>Ya\u015fam ser\u00fcveninde her bireyin kendi alan\u0131nda derinle\u015fmesi, etik de\u011ferlere ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmas\u0131 ve sahip oldu\u011fu de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru \u015fekilde anlay\u0131p aktarabilmesi hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r,<\/em>\u201d dedi.
