Cumartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan Milli Mar\u015f\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan program\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 Uygur Akademisi Vakf\u0131 Genel Sekreteri Dr. Ferhat Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>20. Y\u00fczy\u0131l Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k M\u00fccadelesi ve \u00dc\u00e7 Efendiler<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kursun ilk dersini, \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Kul, \u201c<em>20. Y\u00fczy\u0131l Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k M\u00fccadelesi ve \u00dc\u00e7 Efendiler<\/em>\u201d konusunda sundu. Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Kul, tarih \u00f6\u011frenmenin ve anlaman\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131ktan sonra, Rusya ve \u00c7in\u2019in Bat\u0131 T\u00fcrkistan ve Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131 i\u015fgal s\u00fcrecini anlatt\u0131. O d\u00f6nemi anlamak i\u00e7in Rusya, \u00c7in, Japonya, \u0130ngiltere ve di\u011fer b\u00fcy\u00fck devletlerin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan Cumhuriyeti\u2019ne y\u00f6nelik tutumlar\u0131n\u0131 ve d\u00fcnya siyasetini analiz etmenin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00dc\u00e7 Efendiler olarak bilinen \u0130sa Yusuf Alptekin, Mesut Sabri Baykozi ve Mehmet Emin Bu\u011fra gibi \u00f6nc\u00fc \u015fahsiyetler hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/O8-scaled.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Kul sunumunda ayr\u0131ca, \u201c<em>E\u011fer biz kendi tarihimizi \u00f6\u011frenmezsek, ba\u015fkalar\u0131 bizim tarihimizi yazar. Ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za ne geldiyse, tarihimizi bilmedi\u011fimizden gelir,<\/em>\u201d diye vurgulad\u0131. Dersten sonra \u00f6\u011frenciler, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki Uygur durumu ve tarihi \u015fahsiyetlerle ilgili sorular sordu ve tatmin edici cevaplar ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan Milli M\u00fccadelesinde \u00d6rg\u00fctlenme<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>E\u011fitim program\u0131n\u0131n ikinci dersinde, Uygur Akademisi Vakf\u0131 Genel Sekreteri Dr. Ferhat Ka\u015fgarl\u0131, \u201cDo\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan Milli M\u00fccadelesinde \u00d6rg\u00fctlenme\u201d konusunda bir sunum yapt\u0131. Dr. Ka\u015fgarl\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin \u00f6nemi ve bu s\u00fcrecin nas\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011fini detayland\u0131rd\u0131. Siyasi partilerden farkl\u0131 olarak tarafs\u0131z kalman\u0131n, \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin etkinli\u011fini art\u0131rmada b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin hedef ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n net olmas\u0131, demokrasi ve \u00f6rg\u00fct i\u00e7i birlik ruhunun \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/F3-scaled.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ferhat Ka\u015fgari dersinde, ayr\u0131ca \u00f6rg\u00fctler aras\u0131ndaki i\u015fbirli\u011finin bireysel faaliyetlerden daha etkili oldu\u011funa vurgu yapt\u0131. Konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131nda, Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131n gelecekteki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve y\u00f6netim kabiliyetinin geli\u015ftirilmesinin gerekli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uygur Milli Gelenekleri Hakk\u0131nda<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc derste, Mimar Sinan G\u00fczel Sanatlar \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi ve Uygur Akademisi Vakf\u0131 detenim kurulu ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. G\u00fclzade Tanr\u0131da\u011fl\u0131, Uygur Milli Gelenekleri hakk\u0131nda ders verdi. Dr. G\u00fclzade Tanr\u0131da\u011fl\u0131 dersinde, Uygurlar\u0131n geleneklerini tan\u0131man\u0131n, milli \u00f6rf ve adetlerin \u00f6zg\u00fcn anlam\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmenin ve bunlar\u0131 uygulaman\u0131n, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131 koruma ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel asimilasyona kar\u015f\u0131 durmada ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/G3.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tanr\u0131da\u011fl\u0131, Uygurlar\u0131n kolektif ya\u015fam\u0131na, i\u015fbirli\u011fine ve kom\u015fuluk ili\u015fkilerine verdi\u011fi \u00f6nemi anlatarak, saraylarda d\u00fczenlenen \u201ck\u0131rk g\u00fcn, k\u0131rk gece\u201d d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerine benzer \u015fekilde d\u00f6rt g\u00fcn s\u00fcren d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn gelene\u011fi, \u00f6l\u00fcm t\u00f6renleri ve yas tutma adetleri hakk\u0131nda de\u011ferli bilgiler verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Uygurlardaki sa\u00e7 \u00f6rme gelene\u011fi ve \u00f6rme say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn k\u0131yafetleri ve renklerinin Uygur k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcndeki sembolik anlamlar\u0131n\u0131 da a\u00e7\u0131klayan Tanr\u0131da\u011fl\u0131, kendi deneyimlerini de katarak verdi\u011fi \u00f6rneklerle \u00f6\u011frencilerin ilgisini \u00e7ekti. Uygur gen\u00e7leri, Dr. G\u00fclzade Tanr\u0131da\u011fl\u0131\u2019y\u0131 dikkatle dinleyip, aktif bir \u015fekilde sorular sorarak tatmin edici cevaplar ald\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>T\u00fcrk Medyas\u0131nda Uygur Meselesi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc derste, Uygur Akademisi Vakf\u0131 tan\u0131t\u0131m birimi ba\u015fkan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u201cT\u00fcrk Medyas\u0131nda Uygur Meselesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sunum yap\u0131ld\u0131. Derste geleneksel ve modern gazetecilik hakk\u0131nda k\u0131sa bir bilgi verildikten sonra, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki medya kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda Uygurlar\u0131n durumlar\u0131yla ili\u015fkin haberlere yer verilme durumu \u00f6zetlendi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akademiye.org\/ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/T6.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Derste, Uygurlar\u0131n medyada yeterince yer alamamas\u0131n\u0131n arka plan\u0131 ve nedenleri de\u011ferlendirildikten sonra, Uygurlar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle ana ak\u0131m medyada yer alabilmesi i\u00e7in nelere dikkat edilmesi ve neler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusunda tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131, ayr\u0131ca sosyal medyan\u0131n Uygur milli m\u00fccadelesini ilerletmedeki kritik rol\u00fcne vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131.
