DLT\u2019de s\u0131ras\u0131yla dinleme, konu\u015fma, okuma ve yazma becerilerinin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi c\u00fcmle ve madde ba\u015flar\u0131 taranarak incelenmi\u015ftir.
