O, sadece edeb\u00ee de\u011fil, felsefi ba\u011flam olu\u015fturacak denli kavramsal zenginli\u011fi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 olan bir eserdir. \u201cFelsefi metin nedir?\u201d sorusunun cevab\u0131 i\u00e7inde rasyonaliteyi, sorun ortaya koymay\u0131, tutarl\u0131\u011f\u0131, yeni kavramlar \u00fcretmeyi, gidimli (discursive) yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, derinlikli ve etrafl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi, felsefi tavra sahip olmay\u0131, felsefe tarihi i\u00e7inde ba\u011flam olu\u015fturmay\u0131 sayabiliriz. S\u0131ralad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu \u00f6zelliklerin \u00e7o\u011fu Kutadgu Bilig\u2019de de g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. O, \u00f6ncelikle, \u201cGelip ge\u00e7ici bir niteli\u011fe sahip olan kut\u2019u devlet, toplum ve birey hayat\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kal\u0131c\u0131 h\u00e2le getirebilmenin bir yolu ve imk\u00e2n\u0131 var m\u0131d\u0131r; bunda ak\u0131l ve bilginin katk\u0131s\u0131 ne olabilir?\u201d temel sorusu etraf\u0131nda pek \u00e7ok alt soru ortaya koyar. \u201cKut\u201d, \u201cak\u0131l\u201d, \u201cbilgi\u201d, \u201cerdem\u201d, \u201cdevlet\u201d, \u201cadalet\u201d, \u201cliyakat\u201d, \u201cy\u00f6netim\u201d, \u201cmutluluk\u201d, \u201cdil\u201d, \u201cger\u00e7ek\u201d, \u201chayat\u201d, \u201c\u00f6l\u00fcm\u201d gibi felsefe tarihi i\u00e7inde belirli yeri ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan temalar eserin kavramsal yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur. A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ad\u0131n\u0131 zikretti\u011fi, kendisine at\u0131fta bulundu\u011fu filozoflar olmasa da ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu ve kavramlarla felsefe tarihi i\u00e7inde kendisinden \u00f6nceki ve sonrakilerle bir ba\u011flam olu\u015fturdu\u011funu, bir gelenek i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek g\u00fc\u00e7 de\u011fildir. Felsefi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler, sadece kavramsal ve spek\u00fclatif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda de\u011fil, edebiyat eserlerinde de ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu eserlerin betimsel ve imgesel nitelikte olan edeb\u00ee dilinin, istenildi\u011finde felsefenin kavramsal diline \u00e7evirisi yap\u0131labilir. Kutadgu Bilig\u2019e gelindi\u011finde onun, bir hik\u00e2ye \u00fczerinden, yer yer kavramsal, yer yer betimsel ve imgesel bir dille felsefi ve pedagojik d\u00fczeyde, belirli bir sorun etraf\u0131nda kavramsal bir yap\u0131 ortaya koydu\u011fu, bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile \u201cfelsefi metin\u201d nitelemesini hak edecek \u00f6zelliklere sahip oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rma, felsef\u00ee ba\u011flam olu\u015fturacak \u015fekilde varl\u0131k ve bilgi konusundan, modern felsefenin de g\u00fcndeminde olan inan\u00e7 ve \u00f6l\u00fcm sorununa kadar geni\u015f bir alanda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile Kutadgu Bilig, Platon, Aristoteles, Farab\u00ee, \u0130bn Haldun, K\u0131nal\u0131z\u00e2de Ali, Locke, Rousseau, Kant, Wittgenstein, Heidegger \u00fczerinden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze ula\u015fan, istenildi\u011finde daha da geni\u015fletilebilecek felsef\u00ee bir ba\u011flam \u00fczerinde bulunur. Siyaset, hukuk, ahlak, e\u011fitim, din ve di\u011fer varolu\u015fsal konularda ihtiva etti\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel doku, onu pek \u00e7ok \u00f6zelli\u011fi yan\u0131nda felsefi bir ba\u011flamda de\u011ferlendirmeyi de gerekli k\u0131lar. \u201cFelsefi ba\u011flam\u201d kavram\u0131ndan hareket eden bu makale, Kutadgu Bilig\u2019in felsefe tarihi i\u00e7indeki yerini kendisinden \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131, temel kavram ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleriyle ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ve bu konuda \u00f6rnekler sunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lar. Filozoflar ve felsefeler aras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen paralellik, hakikat aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr, yer ve zamanlarda farkl\u0131 ve\u00e7heleriyle kendini g\u00f6stermesi olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir.
