Kutadgu Bilig de bu zengin ve k\u00f6kl\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn mihenk ta\u015flar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. &#8220;Millet; ortak k\u00fclt\u00fcr, ge\u00e7mi\u015f, tarih ve ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n tezah\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr&#8221; s\u00f6z\u00fcnden hareketle, as\u0131rlard\u0131r bir\u00e7ok alanda T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne rehberlik etmi\u015f olan ve Yusuf Has Hacib taraf\u0131ndan kaleme al\u0131nan Kutadgu Bilig&#8217;i, T\u00fcrk yemek adab\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan incelemeyi gerekli bulduk. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;dan Anadolu&#8217;ya ve bir\u00e7ok co\u011frafyaya yay\u0131lan T\u00fcrkler, uzun tarihsel ge\u00e7mi\u015fleri ve birikimleri nedeniyle zengin bir yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturmu\u015flard\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu bu de\u011ferlerin gelecek nesillere aktar\u0131lmas\u0131nda ise Kutadgu Bilig ba\u015fucu kitap niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Fakat bir\u00e7ok dile terc\u00fcme edilmesine ra\u011fmen hala el de\u011fmemi\u015f bir hazine gibi kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda durmaktad\u0131r. Kutadgu Bilig\u2019i T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye ilk terc\u00fcme eden ve derleyip g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan Re\u015fit Rahmeti Arat eser i\u00e7in, \u201cT\u00fcrk gen\u00e7li\u011fi bu kitab\u0131 anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, T\u00fcrkiye kurtulacakt\u0131r\u201d demi\u015ftir. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n amac\u0131, T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr tarihinin ba\u015fyap\u0131tlar\u0131ndan birisi olan Kutadgu Bilig\u2019i T\u00fcrk yemek adab\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ba\u011flam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirmektir.
