Dr. Raile Abdulvahit KA\u015eGARLI<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>\u00d6zet<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Muhtar Bu\u011fra 1965 y\u0131l\u0131nda Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi&#8217;nin Atu\u015f \u015fehrinde d\u00fcnyaya geldi. \u0130lkokul ve lise e\u011fitimini Atu\u015f&#8217;ta tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra Urum\u00e7i&#8217;ye yerle\u015fti. 1985 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015einciang Radyo Televizyon Kurumunda stajyer olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. \u015eu an \u015einciang Televizyon Kurumunda ba\u015fy\u00f6netmendir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Uygurlar aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli senaristlerden biri olarak pek \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131ya imza atan Bu\u011fra, \u015fairli\u011fi ile de kendisinden s\u00f6z ettirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu\u011fra\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirleri, onun edeb\u00ee ki\u015fili\u011fini olu\u015fturan \u00f6nemli eserleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131r. \u201c\u00c7\u00f6\u00e7ekler Ailesi\u201d (Masallar Ailesi), \u201cQ\u00e9ri Bala\u201d (Ya\u015fl\u0131 \u00c7ocuk), \u201c\u00c7\u00f6m\u00fcle Bala\u201d ( Kar\u0131nca \u00c7ocuk) ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere y\u00fczden fazla \u00e7ocuk \u015fiiri,<br \/>\n\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Uygur Edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirleri i\u00e7in \u00f6rnek niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda; \u015fairin 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan \u201cQum Pesli\u201d (Kum Fasl\u0131) adl\u0131 \u015fiir kitab\u0131nda yer alan \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirlerini incelemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Amac\u0131m\u0131z, \u00c7in\u2019deki Uygurlara ait \u00e7ocuk edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki \u015fiir t\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7in bir \u00f6rnek tan\u0131tmak, \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirlerinin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 bilin\u00e7li yeti\u015ftirmek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ve \u00e7ocuk edebiyat\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda dok\u00fcmanlara y\u00f6nelik nitel ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemi kullanarak, Bu\u011fra\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirleri \u00fczerinde i\u00e7erik analizi yapt\u0131k. Zira \u00e7ocuk edebiyat\u0131 da bu b\u00f6lgelerde meydana getirilmi\u015f ve geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Uygur Edebiyat\u0131 1910 y\u0131l\u0131nda filizlenmeye ba\u015flarken, Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r edeb\u00ee \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan topraklar\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n e\u011fitimine ait eserler de g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flar. Abdulkadir Damolla&#8217;n\u0131n &#8220;Talimu&#8217;s-Siby\u00e2n&#8221; olarak da bilinen \u201c\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n E\u011fitimi\u201d adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u01311, Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi i\u00e7in \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>XX. y\u00fcz y\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f Uygur edebiyat\u0131, klasik edeb\u00ee \u00fcr\u00fcnleri devam ettirmekle beraber yeni t\u00fcrler \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve e\u015fitli\u011fe ula\u015fma arzusunun, demokratik taleplerin i\u015flendi\u011fi eserler vermeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde dergi ve gazeteler \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup2, baz\u0131 gazetelerin \u00e7ocuk edeb\u00ee eserlerinin olu\u015fmas\u0131 ve geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in de bir zemin niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.3<\/p>\n<p>Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde Cedit Hareketi\u2019nin benimsenmesi ve yay\u0131lmas\u0131, geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 tan\u0131t\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 duymu\u015ftur. D\u00f6nemin mevcut \u015fartlar\u0131nda, bu g\u00f6revi yerine getirecek ara\u00e7lardan biri, hatta en \u00f6nemlisi, \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirleri ve tiyatrolar olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7ocuk \u015fiirleri, \u00e7ocuklara okuma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 edindirmenin \u00f6tesinde bir g\u00f6rev \u00fcstlenmi\u015ftir; bunlar e\u011fitimin \u00f6nemini anlatmak, halk\u0131 uyand\u0131rmak ve s\u00f6nmek \u00fczere olan umut \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden canland\u0131rmakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece e\u011fitimde bir reform hareketi olan Cedit Hareketi, \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirlerinin olu\u015fumuna katk\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Abduhal\u0131k Uygur (1901-1933), Lutpulla Mutellip (1922-1945) ve Memtili Tevfik Efendi (1901-1937) gibi \u015fairler, \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Uygur Edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 d\u00f6neminde \u00e7ocuk \u015fiiri yazan se\u00e7kin isimler olarak bilinir4. Uygur Cedit Hareketinin \u00f6nderlerinden \u015fair, m\u00fczisyen ve e\u011fitimci Memtili Tevfik Efendi, e\u011fitimin \u00f6nemini anlatan ve halk\u0131 uyand\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirleriyle bu d\u00f6neme damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurmu\u015ftur5.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyet Uygur Edebiyat\u0131nda ise Abdulhey Muhemmedi&#8217;nin \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirleri \u00f6nemli yere sahiptir. 1920&#8217;li y\u0131llarda Muhemmedi pek \u00e7ok \u00e7ocuk \u015fiiri yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha sonra okul ders kitab\u0131 haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ya\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re yeni \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirleri yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1934&#8217;te Nur \u0130srailov ile beraber \u201cBalilar\u011fa Sov\u011fa\u201d (\u00c7ocuklara Hediye) ad\u0131nda bir \u015fiir kitab\u0131 yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kitap, \u015fu an \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Uygur Edebiyat\u0131nda bilinen ilk \u00e7ocuk \u015fiir kitab\u0131d\u0131r6.<\/p>\n<p>Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesinde, 1949 Kom\u00fcnist Parti Y\u00f6netiminin iktidar olmas\u0131ndan 1966 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki K\u00fclt\u00fcr Devrimine kadar olan s\u00fcre\u00e7te Tursun Muhemmet Pehirdin7, Ababekri Emet8 gibi pek \u00e7ok \u015fair yeti\u015fmi\u015f ve \u00e7ocuk \u015fiirleri yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bo\u011fda Abdulla (1941-) d\u00f6nemin \u00f6nemli temsilcilerinden birisidir9. 1966-1976 y\u0131llar\u0131nda K\u00fclt\u00fcr Devrimi\u2019nin g\u00f6lgesinde kalan \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Uygur Edebiyat\u0131, ya\u015fam oda\u011f\u0131n\u0131n siyas\u00ee olaylar olmas\u0131 nedeniyle edeb\u00ee eser y\u00f6n\u00fcnden verimsiz bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir. 1970\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n sonlar\u0131ndan itibaren Uygur edebiyat\u0131 yeni bir s\u00fcrece girmi\u015ftir. \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Uygur \u015fiiri i\u00e7in ise yine bir \u201cAlt\u0131n Devir\u201d ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r10. \u00c7ocuk \u015fiirinin de bu olumlu atmosferden etkilendi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ehmetcan Kurban Sabiri\u2019nin (1960-2011)\u201cYultuzum\u201d (Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131m), \u201cTolun Ay\u201d (Dulun ay) gibi \u00e7ocuk \u015fark\u0131 s\u00f6zleri 1985 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk defa d\u00fczenlenen \u201c\u00c7ocuk Edebiyat\u0131 \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u201d ne lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr11.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Casaret Cappar (1972- )12, Perhat \u0130lyas (1964- )13, Uygurlar aras\u0131nda yeti\u015fen \u201cAndersen\u201d olarak nitelendirilen Aybek \u00d6mer Uyguri (1963- )14, \u00d6mer Abdulla Erkut (1972- )15 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere pek \u00e7ok yazar, \u00e7ocuk edeb\u00ee \u00fcr\u00fcnleri yaratmaktad\u0131r. Son zamanlarda yaz\u0131lan \u00e7ocuk romanlar\u0131, dikkate \u015fayand\u0131r. \u0130lk \u00e7ocuk roman\u0131 1957 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamlan\u0131p 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan Aman Nuri Abdurusul&#8217;un \u201cTa\u00f1 Aldida Tu\u011ful\u011fanlar\u201d (\u015eafak S\u00f6kmeden Do\u011fanlar) adl\u0131 eseridir 16. Bu tarihten beri \u00e7ocuk romanlar\u0131, konu, olay \u00f6rg\u00fcs\u00fc, i\u00e7erik, teknik tasar\u0131m ve d\u00fczenleme, dil ve anlat\u0131m y\u00f6n\u00fcnden geli\u015ferek devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015einciang Yazarlar Birli\u011fi; 23.05.2015 tarihinde Ka\u015fgar \u00dcniversitesinde &#8220;Uygur \u00c7ocuk Edebiyat\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Merkezi&#8221;nin kuruldu\u011funu ve akabinde &#8220;Uygur \u00c7ocuk Edebiyat\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Sempozyumu&#8221;nun yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurmu\u015ftur. Bu etkinlikte \u00e7ocuk edebiyat\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm t\u00fcrler dahilinde geli\u015ftirme g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc, yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar dile getirildi 17. Bu program\u0131n ilk a\u015famas\u0131nda koordinasyon g\u00f6revlisi, yap\u0131mc\u0131, senarist, muhabir, sunucu ve edit\u00f6r gibi g\u00f6revleri \u00fcstlendi, program\u0131n sevilmesinde ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesinde \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015einciang Televizyon Kurumu&#8217;nun Edebiyat Sanat B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde g\u00f6revlendirildi. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l \u201cAtu\u015f Seylisi\u201d (Atu\u015f \u015eenli\u011fi) adl\u0131 filmin senaristlik g\u00f6revini lay\u0131k\u0131yla yerine getirdi. Bu tarihten sonra pek \u00e7ok sanat gecesi program\u0131n\u0131n senaryosunu yazd\u0131. Televizyon program\u0131 yap\u0131m\u0131 konusunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 yeni programlara imza att\u0131. \u201cSanat Alb\u00fcm\u00fc\u201d, \u201cG\u00fcldeste\u201d adl\u0131 programlar, bunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. 1996-1998 y\u0131llar\u0131nda \u015einciang Sanat Enstit\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn Y\u00f6netmenlik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde mesleki e\u011fitim ald\u0131. \u201cZerep\u015fan Sadasi\u201d (Zerep\u015fan Sedas\u0131), \u201cAktu Ta\u011f Me\u015fripi\u201d (Aktu Da\u011f \u015e\u00f6leni) , \u201cAtu\u015f Baravet Me\u015fripi\u201d (Atu\u015f Baravet \u015e\u00f6leni) gibi programlar onun hem senarist hem de y\u00f6netmen olarak g\u00f6rev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndand\u0131r. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda baz\u0131 edeb\u00ee \u015fahsiyetlerin \u201cEdeb\u00ee \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar Gecesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sanat filmlerinin y\u00f6netmenli\u011fini \u00fcstlendi20.<\/p>\n<p>Bu\u011fra; program yap\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ve y\u00f6netmenli\u011fiyle ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu kadar, edeb\u00ee ki\u015fili\u011fiyle de dikkatleri \u00fczerine \u00e7eken ayd\u0131nlardan birisidir. Kendisinin anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re edeb\u00ee ki\u015fili\u011finin olu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklu\u011funda ninesinden dinledi\u011fi efsane, masal ve rivayetlerin katk\u0131s\u0131 vard\u0131r. Dinledi\u011fi masallarda ge\u00e7en efsanevi kahramanlar, tasvirler, kullan\u0131lan dil ve ninesinin destan tarz\u0131ndaki anlat\u0131m\u0131, Bu\u011fra&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6rnek bir insan olma arzusunun do\u011fu\u015funa vesile olmakla birlikte<br \/>\n\u015fiire merak sarmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Hen\u00fcz ilkokuldayken yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201c\u0130cadimdin \u00c7a\u00e7armen Nur\u201d (Eserimle Sa\u00e7ar\u0131m I\u015f\u0131k) adl\u0131 \u015fiiri, onun \u015fair kimli\u011fi i\u00e7in att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk ad\u0131m\u0131yd\u013121. \u00c7ocukken olu\u015fan \u015fiir sevgisi, zamanla olgunla\u015ft\u0131 ve Bu\u011fra&#8217;n\u0131n bir \u015fair olmas\u0131na vesile oldu22.
